This is to inform the general public that the Nigerian Embassy in Kiev, Ukraine

has temporarily relocated to Vilnius, Lithuania and will commence skeletal operations

from the 1st of September, 2022, at V. Gerulaičio g. 1.

2. Furthermore, the Embassy wishes to inform all applicants that starting from the

1st of September, 2022, the underlisted consular services will attract the following

statutory fees:

(a) Legalization of documents individuals - €50.00 in addition to an administrative

charge of THIRTY EUROS ONLY (€30.00)

COMMERCIAL ENTITIES- €300.00 - in addition to an administrative charge of THIRTY

EUROS ONLY (€50.00)                       

(b) Age Declaration - €50.00 (c) Fast Track for passport issuance - €100.00 (Subject to availability of passport

booklets. Please inquire!)

(d) ETC (Emergency Travel Certificate) - €50.00

(e) Application for loss of passport - €150.00, Visa Administration Fee: €30 and;

(f) Issue of consular letter - €50.00

3. Kindly note that all charges for services are paid exact amount at the Embassy.

VISA INFORMATION

The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Kyiv-Ukraine issues the following categories of visas namely:   Subject to Regularization Visa (STR), Temporary Work Permit (TWP) Visa, Business Visa, Transit Visa, Tourist/Visitor Visa and Diplomatic Visa.

Visa Application/ Submission Days 

Monday , Tuesday  and    Thursday from 10am to 2pm

Time:      9:00 am to 12 pm

Collection is 48hrs (2 days) after submission, however, eligible applicants will be contacted via phone or by email.

 Collection time: 2pm to 4pm.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Subject to Regularization Visa (STR):

Eligibility Expatriate employees of Companies and their dependants, Expatriate Technical officials of Missions, Foreign Students, Missionaries / Clerics and their dependants, Research Fellows, Expatriate Staff of Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and their dependants, Expatriate Staff of International Non Governmental Organizations (INGOs) ) and their dependants, Government Officials (GOs) and their dependants, Expatriates employed by companies operating in Free Zones and their dependants.

   4 copies Formal application for STR Visa from the Employer / Institution accepting Immigration Responsibility ( This normally issued from companies or inviting person in Nigeria)

    4 copies Valid Passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and at least 2 blank pages for visa endorsement

        4 copies passport sized photographs (35/40mm) taken within the last 6 months on white background

         4 copies Duly completed Visa Form IMM22

         4 copies Expatriate Quota Approval from Ministry of internal Affairs of Nigeria 

        4 copies Evidence of online payment for visa   ( please visit www.immigration.gov.ng)

        4 copies Letters of Offer of Appointment and Acceptance of Offer

  4 copies Educational qualifications and Curriculum Vitae (Educational qualification documents/Certificates should be translated in English) 

    4 copies of Medical certificate

 Temporary Work Permit (TWP) Visa:

Experts invited by Corporate Bodies to provide specialized skilled services, such as after sales Installation /Commissioning/ Upgrading/Maintenance/Repairs of equipment and machinery, Training /capacity building for Nigerian staff, Audit of machinery/ equipment and financial records.

Requirements

·         Letter of invitation from inviting company in Nigeria

·        Cable approval issued from the Nigeria immigration Service.

·         Passport with 6 months validity and at least 2 blank pages for visa endorsement

·         2 passport sized photographs, white background taken within the last 6 months.

·         Duly completed Visa Form IMM22

·         Curriculum Vitae

    Educational certificate/Certificate of speciality

Business Visa

Foreign Travelers who wish to visit Nigeria for the purpose of Meeting, Conference, Seminar, Contract Negotiation, Marketing, Sales, Purchase distribution of Nigerian Goods, Trade Fairs, Job Interviews, Training of Nigerians (Humanitarian Services), Emergency/Relief work, Crew members, Staff of NGOs, Staff of INGOs, Researchers, Musical Concerts.

Requirements

·         Letter of invitation  from inviting person or company in Nigeria

·         Copy of international passport or a clear identification of the inviter. In the case of a company, the signatory of the letter of invitation should also attached copy of his or her international passport or valid Identification document.

·         Certificate of incorporation  

·          Passport valid for at least 6 months..

·         Two (2) recent passport .

·         Flight initeria to Nigeria.

    Medical certificate

.   Hotel reservation 

    Bank Statement of sufficient fund

Transit Visa:

Transit Visa is available to citizens of all countries except ECOWAS Nationals who do not require visa to visit Nigeria and other countries which Nigeria has entered into visa abolition agreements. Foreign Travelers wishing to enter Nigeria for onward destination outside the country.

·          Passport valid for not less than 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages for endorsement.

·          Two (2) recent passport sized (35/40mm) photograph.

Tourist/Visitor Visa:

Tourist Visa is available to citizens of all countries except ECOWAS Nationals who do not require visa to visit Nigeria and other countries which Nigeria has entered into visa abolition agreements.

·           Letter of invitation from company inviting and identification document of signatory of the letter of invitation

Certificate          of incorporation

·          Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages for endorsement.

·          Flight initeria to Nigeria.

·          Evidence of sufficient funds.

    Medical certificate

·  Online application and payment for visa (please visit www.immigration.gov.ng ).

To visit family and friends to Nigeria on Tourist visit.

·         Letter of invitation from inviting person and identification document such as International or Drivers license of person inviting. Please send to  info.kiv@foreignaffairs.gov.ng 

·         Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages for endorsement.

·         Flight internary to Nigeria .

Accredited Diplomats and their families

Holders of United Nations / International Agencies Diplomatic Passport and Laisser Passez

·         Note Verbale from Foreign Ministry of applicant's home country or appropriate International Organization.

·         Diplomatic, Official or Standard (for dependants of Diplomats) passports valid for not less than six (6) months with at least two blank visa pages for endorsement.

·         Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs

·         Holders of diplomatic and service passports are required to fill out the application form only with out payments on  www.immigration.gov.ng . While diplomats or employees without diplomatic or service passport are to fill out the application form online on  www.immigration.gov.ng  and make payment using the same platform.
