SURGE IN THE INCIDENCE OF COVID-19 IN UKRAINE:
NEW WORKING DAYS AND HOURS IN THE EMBASSY
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Embassy wishes to inform Nigerian community in Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Moldova and the general public that due to the increasing incidence of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Ukraine, it will be closed for one week, to enable fumigation and deep cleaning.
The Embassy will re-open on monday 8th November 2021 and will adhere strictly to our host Authorities’ protocols and guidelines against the spread of Corona Virus. Kindly note that from Monday 8th November, 2021, the Chancery will operate only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10.00am to 3.30pm. Consequently, the submission of applications for visas, as well as, the authentication/issuance of documents will be from 10.00am to 2.00pm, while collection would be at 2.30pm – 3.30pm. Furthermore, applicants for Passports should please ensure that they obtain an appointment at: https://enkpassport-appointment.youcanbook.me. The appointment times must be strictly adhered to, in order to ensure efficiency and safety and while coming to the Embassy the following COVID-19 protocols must be observed:
· Wearing of a facemask;
· Checking of body temperature at point of entry;
· Presentation of PCR COVID-19 test within 72 hours before appearance at the Chancery or COVID-19 vaccination certificate and;
· Frequent hand sanitizer
