remains should be addressed to the Honourable Minister of Health and Submitted to
Port Health Services (Please note that the application should be written by the
relatives of the deceased or other authorized representative.

data page of the deceased international passport
of payment of N5,161.25 ( five Thousand, One Hundred and Sixty One Naira,
Twenty-Five Kobo) to the port Health Services TSA account (052102900100-Tender)
3. The waiver
must accompany the request to the airline for the transportation of the human remains.
Kindly note that the NCDC guidelines for the safe
transportation of remains of persons suspected or confirmed to have died of
covid-19 can be accessed on the centres’s web-site at www.ncdc.gov.ng.
Following the decision of the government of Ukraine
to enforce a lock-down to curtail the spread of the COVID-19
effective from 5th April, 2021, the public is hereby notified

subsistence of 19th February, 2021, deadline for linkaging of the
National Identity Number (NIN) to Telephone lines.
government has approved the opening of new enrollment centers in Canada, Spain
and Switzerland whereas the Diaspora licensees
have commenced the reopening of NIN enrollment centers in countries that
are certified to do so.
The Public is hereby
advised to seize the opportunity of the under-listed centers, to enroll for the
mandatory NIN policy, which will form part of all future Citizens-Centric-
Services in the Mission.
